RequirementsSignificant experience in compliance, information security (including GDPR), and cybersecurity within global organizations. Experience in a dynamic industry where content security is paramount, with evolving company and client requirements. Audit and compliance experience with an ISO 27001 certification program or similar standards. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, Ethical Hacker). Audit certification (e.g., CIA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor). Strategic and pragmatic mindset: ability to balance rigorous security requirements with business needs. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to mentor and support personnel at various organizational levels. Demonstrated independence and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Join us at Testronic as a seasoned Security Operations Lead where you will spearhead our Monitoring, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management initiatives. This pivotal technical role in our Information Security department ensures the execution of effective security operations that align with policies, partner obligations, and compliance standards.

We seek a proactive and analytical individual who can swiftly respond to emerging threats, bolster security controls, and serve as a trusted security partner across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the incident response process, coordinating investigations, reporting, and post-incident remediation in alignment with established policies and partner requirements. Act as the primary InfoSec contact with clients during incidents.
  • Supervise SIEM event monitoring and effectiveness of controls, collaborating with our external Security Partner.
  • Manage vulnerability management, including overseeing penetration tests and coordinating patches/updates with the IT department.
  • Conduct routine internal vulnerability assessments and risk analyses.
  • Assist IT teams with SIEM investigations while providing technical security guidance.
  • Generate monthly operational security reports.
  • Support the Head of InfoSec with the ISO program, including documentation and procedural development.
  • Participate in security awareness initiatives, alerts, and communications.
  • Compile management reports and monitor security metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead activities related to GDPR compliance and maintenance.
  • Research emerging threats and industry trends to strengthen our defenses.
  • Assist with external assessments, reviews, and investigations as necessary.
  • Conduct penetration testing.
