Your Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take ownership of a pivotal subsystem within Cosmic-1, guiding its development from initial concept through to successful deployment. You will play a crucial role in defining the future of autonomous construction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of hardware components and systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems, embedded systems, PCB assemblies, and harnesses.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and trade studies to design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, mechanical, software, and product engineers to devise innovative solutions to complex problems.
Engage with vendors and suppliers to explore creative solutions that meet tight deadlines.
Establish project milestones, develop roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery.
Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a top-tier engineering team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional engineering experience.
Strong foundational understanding of analog and digital circuit design, as well as circuit analysis and simulation.
Proficient in electrical design using industry-standard software.
