The role blends hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for team development. As the technical lead, the manager will own key parts of the ProRata Ads infrastructure, including low-latency decision systems, agentic backend workflows, analytics, and fraud detection. Collaboration with frontend, product, and business development teams is central to building a scalable, reliable ad platform designed for AI-native environments.
