The Role:
As the Lead Software Engineer on the Regulatory Reporting Engineering team, you will be crucial in automating our Compliance & Finance regulatory processes. Utilizing your analytical abilities, you will develop solutions that process extensive data sets from our data warehouse to produce accurate, comprehensive reports, including reconciliation processes.
You will work alongside key stakeholders from Compliance, Finance, and Treasury to grasp regulatory and financial requirements, translating them into clean designs and scalable solutions. As the technical lead for the team, you will provide guidance, prioritize tasks, engage in hands-on design and development, conduct code reviews, and evolve our technical standards and best practices.
