Your Role: In this dual role, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical leadership while enhancing your people management capabilities. Key responsibilities include: Technical Leadership: Review designs and code actively. Provide significant technical contributions that align with team objectives. Communicate strategic business priorities to the team, linking their work to the overall roadmap. Project Management and Execution: Work with the Product Management team to create roadmaps and MVP plans. Develop execution strategies, including resources, milestones, and timelines for major initiatives. Drive significant changes that span multiple components. Ensure high-quality deliverables, including automated tests, metrics, and monitoring systems. Collaborate across teams to deliver features, contributing to the establishment of comprehensive success criteria. Continuously analyze and enhance team efficiency. Commit to and fulfill team objectives. Monitor and enhance the quality of team outputs. Keep area leadership and stakeholders informed of key developments and changes. People Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering career growth and development.
