- Serve as a principal advisor in application design, offering expert guidance and consultation based on a comprehensive understanding of relevant technologies, tools, and existing frameworks.
- Evaluate complex business demands, crafting and documenting technical specifications to architect or revamp intricate computer systems and applications.
- Provide coding leadership to junior team members or write sophisticated original code.
- Function as a key technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis activities.
- Ensure program logic integrity by overseeing the preparation of test data, as well as the testing and debugging of applications.
- Supervise comprehensive systems testing and the transition of platforms and applications into production environments.
- Create and update documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user manuals.
- Lead project initiatives, effectively allocate resources, and manage the contributions of less experienced staff.
- Guarantee compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards in the supported area, while supervising the development or updates to the business continuity plan.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in application development and implementation.
