Job Summary
We are in search of a talented Lead Shader / Material Artist with extensive expertise in Unreal Engine 5. In this pivotal leadership position, you will set the benchmarks for material workflows, spearhead innovations in look development, and work closely with artists, technical teams, and engineering to deliver world-class visuals while ensuring optimal performance. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and strong technical problem-solving skills, with proficiency in UE5’s material editor, shader graph, Lumen, Nanite, and advanced rendering capabilities.
Alongside guiding internal team members, you will also collaborate with external co-development partners, ensuring their contributions align with our artistic vision, technical standards, and production objectives. Please note that this position requires on-site presence at one of our studios for at least three days a week.
