Your responsibilities will include:Conducting user interviews, data analysis, and session replays to gather insights and communicate findings with the team. Translating breakthroughs in AI technology into user-friendly features for researchers. Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends that inform product decisions. Enhancing existing workflows to streamline processes, reduce user churn, and boost conversion rates. Collaborating closely with the engineering team to maintain Anara's position as the leading AI research tool. You will thrive in this role if:You are agile, resourceful, and primarily focused on building. At Anara, we implement features rapidly, often transitioning from concept to launch in mere days. You possess a combined experience of 2+ years in product management and engineering, including a minimum of 1 year in a professional engineering role. Your design sensibilities and product taste are exceptional. You have independently developed and scaled a product to several thousand users, whether through a side project or an open-source initiative. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably a startup) and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
