Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee team projects, ensuring alignment with expectations, effective backlog management, and sound development plans.

  • Identify new projects, understanding user pain points and expectations, and developing approaches to innovate user experience.

  • Create user stories, manage backlogs, and plan development sprints.

  • Ensure the quality of developed products and features.

  • Review UX/UI designs critically.

  • Assist the Engineering team during implementation phases.

  • Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback, while justifying product decisions.

  • Evaluate your team’s outputs, both internal and for clients.

  • Support sales teams in evaluating potential projects and associated risks.

  • Mentor team members, providing guidance for their growth as Product Managers.

  • Report insights to the Chief Product Officer.

  • Contribute to defining the strategic direction of the Product team.
