Position Overview
The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for designing and executing developmentally appropriate activities tailored to meet the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of toddler and preschool-aged children. This role ensures adherence to all safety standards, personnel qualifications, and facility regulations set forth by the California Community Care Licensing, Department of Education, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Department of Social Services, and Department of Early Education. Collaborating closely with the Site Supervisor and other team members, the Lead Teacher will cultivate a vibrant and creative learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all children.

Ideal candidates will be empathetic early childhood educators with a passion for working with children aged 18 months to 5 years, committed to advancing the early teaching profession.
