The Team:
The role of Lead Value Engineer serves as a pivotal advisor, empowering our clients to achieve their strategic objectives and unlock substantial value through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The Value Engineer is entrusted with the comprehensive management of the customer’s value journey, initiating, expanding, adopting, and renewing our services. Key responsibilities include translating client goals into value assessments or proof-of-value initiatives, developing tailored Celonis business cases and demonstrations, conducting value workshops, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful results and establish long-term partnerships.
The Role:
As a Lead Value Engineer, you will lead our mission of driving data-centric business transformation alongside our clients. Collaborating closely with the Celonis Sales Team, you will oversee the customer’s end-to-end value journey. As a trusted advisor, you will combine deep industry expertise with robust analytical skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic ambitions. In industries such as CPG, Manufacturing, and Automotive, you will leverage your understanding of intricate back-office systems, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain, to translate process data into tangible business value. Your role will bridge the gap between technical process intelligence and executive-level business strategy, expediting platform adoption by addressing sector-specific operational challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify & Frame Value
- Uncover and translate clients’ strategic priorities into impactful Celonis use cases.
- Create compelling demos and business cases, utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new customers.
- Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, articulating the value proposition and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
Realize Value
- Lead business value workshops and leverage Celonis to uncover and assess opportunities for process enhancement.
- Develop improvement strategies in core business functions to drive operational excellence.
