Your Responsibilities
Oversee the top-level CAD assembly of a lightweight four-wheeled vehicle platform, focusing on occupant packaging, ergonomics, and the integration of essential sub-systems.
Leverage a strong technical background in body structures, applying principles of beams, columns, and panels to automotive or motorcycle manufacturing techniques.
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as industrial design teams, to identify and resolve packaging and interface challenges.
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork through design reviews, clash management, and packaging trade-offs, maintaining a holistic view that balances performance, manufacturability, and ergonomics.
Lead system integration workflows and timelines, implementing structured and repeatable processes in a dynamic startup environment.
Assist in transitioning from prototype to production with well-organized documentation and coordination with manufacturing and supply chain teams.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of experience in mechanical design and system integration, ideally with vehicle platforms such as automotive, ATV, or UTV.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably CATIA), with demonstrated ability to manage complex, top-level assemblies, including occupant environments and structural systems.
Familiarity with PLM systems and workflows; skilled in defining and managing part structures and release processes.
Experience in designing and integrating major vehicle sub-systems while balancing A-class surface requirements.
Strong grasp of multi-domain trade-offs in vehicle packaging.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional integration efforts, ideally having experience in startup environments.
