As a Program Manager at SharkNinja, you will oversee the entire New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to market. You will apply best-in-class product development strategies and governance to ensure the flawless execution of our program portfolio. Working cross-functionally, you will gain global exposure and visibility, acting in a general manager capacity.
Program Managers lead through influence, establishing and managing timelines and resources to ensure efficient product development, manufacturing, and market launch while maintaining a high standard of quality to drive sales.
A SharkNinja Program Manager embodies global leadership for every project, focusing on Scope, Cost, and Schedule to ensure overall program success. You will facilitate communication across all teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely deliverables. Operating with urgency, you will escalate any scope creep, cost risks, or schedule delays to senior management while actively driving resolutions.
