As a Learning & Development Program Manager II, you will design, implement, and oversee learning programs that enhance capabilities across the organization. You will collaborate with regional and international stakeholders, primarily focusing on Vietnam, to assess needs, craft effective learning solutions, and scale initiatives that elevate performance, leadership, and employee development.
