- Lead, plan, and implement training objectives in accordance with security and program guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with regional security managers to analyze trends and identify training needs.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct training sessions for security personnel, supervisors, site management, and HQ teams.
- Assign and manage trainings within the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure the upkeep of training documentation.
- Design, update, and facilitate training materials.
- Regularly conduct document reviews and quality controls to uphold current standards.
- Represent the training team in cross-functional projects aimed at process optimization and documentation creation.
- Conduct audits, generate reports, and carry out site visits, with international travel requirements of up to 40%.
