- As a Learning Experience & Solutions Specialist, you will have significant entrepreneurial freedom to design innovative, future-oriented learning solutions and comprehensive learning experiences that specifically promote the development of our employees and contribute measurably to our strategic HR objectives.
- You will systematically analyze learning needs in close collaboration with internal stakeholders—through interviews, surveys, and performance data—and translate these into effective, target group-specific learning experiences, training concepts, and sustainable competency development measures.
- You will act as a strategic partner for departments, advising on modern learning methods, digital technologies, and AI-based approaches, actively driving the conception and implementation of scalable learning strategies and programs.
- Additionally, you will support the introduction of new AI tools from a learning perspective, design change and communication measures, and develop high-quality, interactive learning content and innovative learning formats in collaboration with interfaces such as IT and communication.
- Your responsibilities will also include the continuous measurement of success and optimization of learning measures based on relevant KPIs and ROI considerations, as well as the integration of digital, AI-driven, and regulatory requirements into efficient, future-proof learning processes.
