What Will You Do?

As a vital member of our commercial team, the Lease Advisor serves as the primary contact for our intermediaries, guiding them through every stage of the leasing process, from application to management. You will collaborate on solutions, respond to inquiries, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure seamless operations.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with departments such as acceptance, sales, management, and operations to optimize intermediary collaboration. Your objective is to achieve commercial targets while enhancing intermediary satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management with Intermediaries
    Build long-lasting, professional relationships with a diverse network of intermediaries, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring they are well-informed about our products, procedures, and operational methods.
  • Guiding Lease Applications
    Assist intermediaries in submitting applications, navigate them through the application process, and monitor progress. You will provide innovative solutions to their challenges.
  • Understanding of Processes and Credit Acceptance
    Have a comprehensive understanding of our processes and a solid grasp of credit acceptance and risk assessment, enabling you to advise intermediaries effectively and resolve issues independently or escalate them appropriately.
  • Commercial Awareness and Market Insight
    Identify market opportunities, gather pertinent information, and share insights with colleagues to enhance propositions and customer outreach. Stay informed about developments within the leasing industry and competitors.
  • Enhancing Service Delivery
    Actively contribute ideas on how to improve our processes and services for intermediaries. Help optimize workflows, communication, and client satisfaction.

The Team

Join a close-knit and ambitious team of approximately 40 professionals, including Asset Specialists, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Lease Advisors. Together, we strive to provide diverse leasing and financing solutions.
