Role overview
This Leasing Consultant position centers on building positive relationships and creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for residents and prospective renters. The role involves connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right home within the community.
What you will do
- Follow up with prospective residents and turn leads into tours by sharing insights about the property and surrounding neighborhood.
- Lead engaging, personalized tours of the apartment community, aiming to secure new leases.
- Promote brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive excellent service.
- Increase community awareness and interest through social media engagement.
- Work three weekends per month, with two weekdays off, to be available when most prospective residents visit.
