About the Role
The Leasing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and executing leasing operations within a designated regional market. Reporting directly to the VP of Leasing, you will be tasked with enhancing occupancy rates, nurturing broker relationships, and implementing the regional leasing strategy across our multi-tenant light industrial portfolio. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional with 3–5 years of relevant leasing or brokerage experience looking to advance their career within a vibrant, entrepreneurial real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct day-to-day leasing operations for a designated portfolio of multi-tenant light industrial properties, collaborating closely with local and regional brokerage partners under the guidance of the VP of Leasing.
- Develop and implement market-specific leasing strategies in conjunction with the VP of Leasing and Regional Asset Manager, aimed at enhancing rental rates, optimizing tenant mix, accelerating lease-up, and minimizing vacancies across the region.
- Oversee every aspect of the leasing process in the region, from prospecting and engaging brokers to negotiating letters of intent, drafting lease documentation, and coordinating transitions to property management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, local brokers, and market participants to foster a collaborative leasing environment.
