You will be managing multiple short- and long-term requests simultaneously, honing your abilities in communication, prioritization, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor active projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Offer guidance to delivery teams on their project tasks.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on long-term projects to establish cutting-edge industry standards in this rapidly evolving sector.
- Work with key internal stakeholders worldwide to foster progress and enhance procedures.
- Design and implement global operational policies and processes that safeguard our clients.
- Create and deliver customized in-person and e-learning training sessions for our delivery teams.
