Role Overview

As a Legal Engineer at Newcode.ai, you will serve as an essential conduit between our clients and the product engineering team. You will deeply engage with the workflows of legal teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of their processes and identify where AI can provide substantial enhancements. Your insights will be transformed into AI-driven solutions, optimized prompts, and structured workflows that yield real, quantifiable benefits.

You will act as a strategic partner throughout the customer journey, guiding law firms from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization. You will also advocate for customer needs internally and play a pivotal role in our AI product development while taking a proactive approach to customer relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and contributing directly to product configuration and improvement.

In essence, you will be equally adept at facilitating workshops with legal practitioners and collaborating in product meetings with our engineering team.

Drive Legal Innovation

Work alongside legal, product, and engineering teams to identify, scope, and implement AI-driven legal solutions tailored for our partners and clients.
Document solutions and create internal knowledge resources, contributing to a repository of scalable legal engineering methodologies that will fuel our future growth.

Ownership of Customer Journey

Lead onboarding sessions and workshops for legal teams, supporting pilot projects while ensuring effective user adoption of new workflows and tools.
