Your Mission:
As a Working Student in our Legal team, you will engage in a diverse range of legal and compliance tasks that are essential to Hawk’s global operations. Your responsibilities will include contract review, regulatory research, and supporting legal operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for a driven law student to gain practical experience in commercial law, fintech regulations, and cross-departmental collaboration within a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Support: Review, draft, and organize commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements.
Legal Research: Conduct research in areas such as financial regulation, AML/compliance, data protection, corporate law, and employment law.
Internal Documentation: Maintain internal legal documents, templates, and process checklists.
Regulatory Support: Assist in monitoring changes in regulations and updating internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in projects that require collaboration with teams such as Sales, Product, People, and Finance.
Legal Operations: Help manage deadlines, external counsel documents, and internal legal resources.
