Where You Will Work: This role offers a hybrid work option with up to 50% remote work and is available across all Compeer office locations in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Your Contributions: As a Lending Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing business intelligence reports and providing analytical support to drive operational performance and informed decision-making. You will deliver key insights on trends and data relationships to aid business planning and decision support for the Lending Operations teams.
A Typical Day:
Reporting
- Collaborate closely with Lending Operations management to understand and prioritize specific data needs, including identifying key metrics and delivering actionable analysis.
- Develop and maintain data analysis frameworks to support daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting.
