lago-1 is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Agent to assist internal users with IT support needs. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in the Philippines. Work schedules rotate to match Finland business hours (08:00–20:00 EET), with shifts including:
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) PHT
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT
What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues involving user access, accounts, and company devices
- Support users working on macOS and iOS devices
- Assist with Google Workspace tasks, such as login and permission requests
- Respond promptly and professionally to support inquiries via Slack
- Communicate in a friendly, clear, and empathetic manner
- Occasionally verify user identity through Google Meet calls
- Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Document support requests and solutions accurately
- Help improve internal documentation and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with colleagues using Slack and other internal tools
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including late evening or early morning hours
- Experience with macOS, iOS, and Google Workspace is a plus
Compensation
Salary is up to $1,500 USD per month, depending on experience.
Location
This is a remote role for candidates based in the Philippines.
