About the Apprenticeship:

Qualification: Level 3 in Business Administration

Duration: 15 months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Administrator Apprentice to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with both internal and external customers and suppliers, assisting the Manager in the efficient operations of the office and reception area while mastering day-to-day administrative tasks.

Located in Langley, our client specializes in MOTs and vehicle repair services, with a close-knit team that values collaboration. The garage is conveniently situated within walking distance of Langley College and the train station.

Position Details:

Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Total: 35 hours per week)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

You will manage your tasks by collaborating with the Garage Manager, addressing daily challenges to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Data entry and management
  • Organizing files and documentation
  • Handling telephone communications

Training and Development:

  • Achieve a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration
  • Engage in online training through a mix of self-paced eLearning and live classes
  • Functional skills training in English and Mathematics, as needed

Post-Apprenticeship Opportunities:

  • Gain valuable work experience and industry-specific skills while earning a wage
  • Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
