Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC, you will be pivotal in managing HVAC work orders across the Phoenix area. Your expertise will ensure that HVAC systems in our rental properties are maintained at optimal levels and comply with state regulations.

You will be responsible for daily HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance, acting as the primary HVAC resource for our in-house maintenance team. Collaborating with fellow technicians, you will standardize scopes of work and ensure that all HVAC systems in our properties are safe, reliable, and compliant.
