Join our dynamic team at zuru as a Licensed Project Engineer (PE) with active licenses in California and Hawaii. We are looking for a talented engineer who excels in managing and leading multifaceted projects, collaborating efficiently with various disciplines and agencies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for designated projects, ensuring compliance through thorough review and stamping of engineering packages.
Coordinate design inputs from diverse disciplines and external consultants, including civil, geotechnical, coastal engineers, environmental specialists, and utility designers.
Facilitate effective technical coordination between architecture, manufacturing, and construction teams to maintain design integrity and feasibility.
Assist in securing necessary permits and approvals by liaising with planning departments, design review boards, and local agencies.
Examine design documents, submittals, and shop drawings for adherence to compliance, practicability, and consistency across various trades.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assist field teams and address plan check comments.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment and adherence to schedules.
Prepare and evaluate structural reports, calculations, and submittal packages for permitting and construction.
