Role overview
Array Behavioral Care is hiring a Licensed Teletherapist to provide virtual behavioral health services to clients throughout Texas. This position is fully remote and structured as a W2 employee role, offering the opportunity to deliver care from a secure, private location.
What you will do
- Conduct teletherapy sessions using Array’s HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Develop and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships to support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team that assists in building and sustaining a consistent caseload.
Licensure support
Array covers licensure costs and provides guidance through the administrative process for obtaining licenses in high-demand states. This support helps clinicians expand their practice with less administrative burden.
Employment details

- Fully remote role with no commuting required.
- Active Texas license required (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
