Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive technical leader with extensive LifeAsia expertise to spearhead the delivery of Life Insurance platforms across Asia. This position necessitates active engagement in configuration, development, integration, and ownership of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of LifeAsia-based insurance platforms (PAS, POS, workflows).
- Conduct hands-on configuration, development, and integrations.
- Drive solution design and system architecture.
- Facilitate cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and adoption of microservices.
- Implement DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business, regional teams, and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance to teams while remaining hands-on.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of IT experience in Life Insurance.
- Strong hands-on LifeAsia experience (mandatory).
