If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you!As part of the Data, AI & CRM department, you will join the Data for Business team responsible for developing data and AI products across all our operations.In an agile environment, you will be part of a team of 5, including data analysts, data engineers, and a Product Manager.Your responsibilities :Define, design, and implement strategies related to the Data Platform:Architecture (currently using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Azure exposure) in collaboration with the Architecture teams to ensure cost-effective availability of data;Ensure Data Platform security by working closely with the Group's Cybersecurity teams;Functional coverage (tools, business functions) for the Group and feeding the Bronze layer, which includes implementing and maintaining reliable and efficient data pipelines using Python (ETL/ELT approaches);Build the Silver layer (customer references, opportunities, products, consent, etc.) aligned with business needs, including implementing and maintaining DBT pipelines and providing meta data, especially data models;Monitor activity to ensure data reliability for all our operations.Define, design, and implement the data governance strategy:Contribute to the implementation of data governance (Fluidity, Data Quality, outreach, cultural awareness) with business units and data consumers (Data Analysts, Finance, Data Scientists, etc.).Organize the framework and processes:Establish and promote modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, GenAI for Data, MCP Data Platform, particularly in collaboration with Software Engineering teams.Communicate and collaborate:Be the point of reference for the data engineering team (team leadership, code reviews, skills development) and assist in team recruitment.Maintain an active watch on cloud and data technologies to propose continuous improvement initiatives.
