Contact Government Services (CGS) is actively seeking a driven and knowledgeable Litigation Support Technician to provide essential technical and analytical assistance at the United States Attorney's Office. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and deliver litigation support services, ensuring the efficient operation and availability of systems that facilitate the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, in alignment with client needs. Work directly or in collaboration with the designated Litigation Support Coordinator. Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of litigation support equipment; develop standards and procedures for applications; and coordinate efforts with partner agencies involved in litigation activities.
- Administer litigation support systems: Conduct testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, and maintenance of resources utilized for the transmission of data, voice, and video information.
- Ensure the availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency of systems.
- Install and update litigation support hardware and software as necessary.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability issues.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of litigation support equipment.
- Uphold systems security by ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through comprehensive security programs, policies, and procedures.
- Enforce policies and procedures to guarantee the reliability and accessibility of litigation support systems while preventing unauthorized access.
