As a Litigation Systems Analyst at CGS Federal, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical support for a significant Federal agency's litigation initiatives. This full-time, mid-level position within our Litigation Support department offers you the opportunity to engage in innovative problem-solving using cutting-edge technology.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government staff and may work under the guidance of the Contract IT Manager, Systems Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, or Lead Project Manager to define system and project requirements based on information gathered from relevant personnel.
- Design comprehensive systems to meet specified requirements, detailing functional and design requirements, programming specifications, data elements, and data conversion procedures through discussions with Government staff and supervisors.
- Convert functional requirements into system designs that facilitate the development of suitable computer programs, including software testing and preparation of sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in both formal reports and oral presentations.
- Develop necessary systems documentation in accordance with task orders.
- Consult with Government personnel and fellow Contractor staff to clarify task objectives and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical expertise and supervision to junior team members, and may serve as a technical supervisor or team leader for projects.
- Regularly report progress to Government staff and superiors.
- Deliver user and technical documentation and training for developed systems.
