CGS Federal is in search of a dedicated and skilled Litigation Systems Analyst to become an integral part of our team, providing technical support for a significant Federal agency's ongoing litigation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with government personnel and work under the guidance of the Contract IT Manager or Lead Project Manager. Gather information from various stakeholders, including COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff, to define project and system requirements.
- Design comprehensive systems that fulfill defined specifications, detailing functional and design requirements, programming specifications, data elements, validation methods, and conversion procedures through discussions with government staff.
- Translate functional requirements into system designs that facilitate the development of suitable computer programs, conducting software testing with prepared sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Create necessary systems documentation as required by task orders.
- Consult with government and contractor staff to ensure task objectives are understood, identify issues, and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Occasionally serve as a project technical supervisor or team leader.
- Report progress updates to government staff and superiors.
- Develop user and technical documentation and provide training on the developed systems.
