CGS Federal is actively seeking a dedicated Litigation Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing critical technical support for a prominent Federal agency's litigation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Government personnel and under the guidance of the Contract IT Manager, Systems Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, or Lead Project Manager to ascertain system and project requirements based on insights from the COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff.
- Strategically design comprehensive systems that fulfill defined requirements, detailing functional specifications, programming guidelines, data validation methods, and data conversion processes through discussions with both Government personnel and superiors.
- Translate functional requirements into system designs that facilitate the development of effective software solutions, including the testing of software with appropriately prepared sample data.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Create and maintain all necessary systems documentation as stipulated in task orders.
- Consult with Government staff and other contractors to clarify task objectives, identify issues, and propose enhancements.
- Offer technical guidance, oversight, and mentorship to junior staff.
- Occasionally serve as a technical supervisor or team leader for specific projects.
- Provide regular progress updates to Government personnel and superiors.
- Deliver user and technical documentation along with training for developed systems.
