Key Responsibilities Test finished goods and incoming materials and components, including those under ISO 13485 standards. Carry out in-process inspections to confirm compliance with quality requirements. Manage calibration of quality control equipment and vendor tools. Work with supervisors to create QC procedures for new products. Support quality control during scale-up of new products. Order supplies and materials for R&D, QC, and chemistry teams. Train R&D staff and QC technicians as needed. Periodically review operational procedures for ISO 13485 compliance. Improve and maintain quality procedures. Investigate and document quality issues. Assist with QMS activities, including equipment calibration, document control, CAPA, deviations, NCMR, internal audits, training, and other tasks assigned by supervision. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Knowledge of ISO Standards. Experience training others. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and clear communication. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
