Job Summary
The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for the safe loading of glass products onto the front end of the insulated glass line. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to accurately identify the correct sides of the glass. Strong prioritization skills based on the production schedule are required, and candidates must possess a high sense of urgency and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to safety is a must.
Pay Range: $20-$23

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a general labor position within a manufacturing environment. The employee will perform various functions as requested by management, including maintaining the work area, managing inventory control, ensuring quality control of the assembled products, and achieving production goals set by management.
Must be able to safely and consistently lift up to 75 pounds individually or 150 pounds as part of a team lift. Previous experience on the shop floor or in a factory/warehouse is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Regular and predictable attendance, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform tasks safely are critical functions of this role.
