About the role

As a pivotal member of our risk management team, you will conduct thorough gap analyses ahead of business integrations, ensuring that our Risk Framework aligns with existing business processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the implementation of risk management strategies across the organization to facilitate seamless transitions while adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining the business’ current Risk Appetite.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews, assessing control designs and effectiveness, and providing necessary updates.

• Stay informed about applicable regulatory legislation, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our operations.

• Engage proactively with regulators and other authorities to manage notifications and approvals required prior to transactions, including data requirements and system access.

• Update risk frameworks, policies, procedures, monitoring protocols, and manage regulatory changes through horizon scanning.

• Deliver training tailored to specific audiences to ensure compliance with risk management practices.

• Define roles and responsibilities, ensuring clarity in ownership of activities, data requirements, and system access/migration.

• Identify risk reporting needs to support integration processes.

• Enhance the risk management environment through targeted documentation development, training initiatives, and control testing.

• Position the organization to adopt Fiserv’s preferred risk management tool for future monitoring activities.

• Provide initial support and guidance following the implementation of the risk management tool.
