About the role

Join our dynamic team at zoox as a Logistics Operations Asset Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and operational excellence of our material handling and outbound operations equipment across various sites. As the subject matter expert, your responsibilities will include ensuring all preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance requirements for operational assets are consistently met.

In this key position, you will manage vendor relationships and internal coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors to guarantee timely service, repairs, and the acquisition of warranty information and maintenance plans. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams, you will oversee the integration of new equipment into our maintenance database while developing and maintaining an annual budget for maintenance and spare parts. This role will also require occasional travel to different locations for vendor meetings, installations, and asset maintenance.
