Role overview
The Logistics Warehouse Lead manages daily processing and data entry for returned boxes from drivers. This role monitors return volume, investigates reasons for returns, and reports findings. Building strong working relationships across the organization is key to success.
What you will do
- Collaborate with the Delivery Station Site Manager to communicate operational returns, resolve issues promptly, and prioritize tasks to prevent failures.
- Maintain accurate records of returns and key performance indicators in a database.
- Monitor the on-site fleet for damage, keep detailed records, and report safety or quality concerns to the Fleet Manager.
- Ensure compliance with UTR safety policies and conduct audits as needed.
- Track delivery routes and support drivers in completing their routes efficiently.
- Handle routing and dispatch duties for drivers, and provide coverage for the Delivery Station Supervisor or Manager during night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Review quality metrics, returns, and other performance data.
- Protect HelloFresh assets, including facilities, vehicles, and inventory.
- Take on additional related tasks as assigned by management.
- Track inbound delivery vehicles and resolve out-of-service issues as needed.
- Occasionally transport delayed packages if required.
