About the job

About the Company

Are you enthusiastic about technological innovation and eager to play a pivotal role in the development of business applications? iWE Delivery, a specialized division of iWE, focuses on creating efficient business process management applications.

iWE is a software publisher that delivers collaborative SaaS applications. Our low-code application platform (LCAP) enables the rapid creation of management applications within weeks, co-developed with clients using a proven agile project methodology.

Our clients trust us to develop applications that manage their core activities, establishing long-term, trusted relationships that place us at the heart of their strategic initiatives.

Collaboration lies at the core of the iWE platform: an iWE application is not merely a performance-driven management tool but also a collaborative space where every participant in the process accesses a tailored interface, shares data or documents in real-time, and receives guidance for task execution.

Initially deployed in the insurance sector, iWE has now expanded its expertise into a broader range of service sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Low-Code Developer, you will integrate into a project team of 2 to 3 members and be responsible for the agile development of a portion of a client application. Based on detailed specifications established by the consulting team during discovery workshops, you will:

  • Create detailed designs (data model, processes, mailing tags, etc.),

  • Draft technical specifications,

  • Analyze internal and user feedback, implementing effective and sustainable solutions,

  • Manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications to ensure their optimal availability and performance,

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project milestones are met.
