Qualifications

Technical Mechanical or related field with verified certifications and/or training, possessing experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy machinery and plant maintenance. Desired A2B driving license or higher. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Certification MLA 1 or MLT1 preferred. Knowledge of lubrication system maintenance.

About the job

  • Perform essential lubrication activities such as greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, filter replacements, and filtration analysis.
  • Adhere to the annual lubrication program assigned to each fleet.
  • Extract and monitor used oil and grease samples as per the annual schedule.
  • Assemble and install lubrication accessories including automatic lubricators, pitot tubes, levels, and filters.
  • Conduct visual inspections in the field, assessing the condition of automatic lubricators, oil levels, filter conditions, oil color, etc.
  • Ensure mandatory compliance with work permit formats according to MCP policies.
  • Follow safety, health, and environmental policies established by MCP and the contracting company.
  • Drive a truck within the mining operation.
