Your Role and ImpactAs the Manager of Solutions Architects, you will spearhead a dedicated team delivering technical excellence in solution architecture within Axon’s Real-Time Operations (RTO) sector. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, you will establish and enhance high-quality solution design processes while providing strategic support for critical, customer-facing projects.Approximately 80% of your time will be devoted to leading your team and overseeing project delivery, while 20% will focus on supporting intricate or unique client engagements with your technical expertise, especially in advanced or integrated deployments.Location: Remote, with 30% travel required.
