The Analyst will gain exposure to diverse industries, innovative business models, various valuation methods, and cutting-edge research techniques while collaborating closely with C-level executives and an experienced deal team.

The Analyst will take on essential responsibilities in deal origination, due diligence, and transaction processes, with a direct and measurable impact on the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Banyan’s M&A and executive teams to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions.
- Interact with business owners, advisors, and bankers maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Prepare and analyze both financial and non-financial information, including valuations and operational models.
- Lead the M&A process, conducting in-depth financial, sales, marketing, and operational diligence; assist in preparing investment memorandums for board approval and developing integration strategies.
- Manage due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external legal, technology, commercial, HR, and tax advisors.
- Support finance, operations, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
Qualifications for Success:
- CA/CPA qualified with a strong academic record and a degree from a reputable institution.
- 2-4 years of M&A experience, specifically in transaction services or M&A advisory, preferably from a Big Four or leading corporate finance firm.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for financial modeling and valuation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
