Qualifications

Responsibilities:Analyze workloads and efficiently map them to hardware, proposing innovative hardware-friendly implementations and forecasting performance outcomes. Design, simulate, and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions for our autonomous driving systems. Collaborate with compiler and model developers to influence engineering decisions and future model architectures. Create scalable tools for simulator modeling and performance assessment. Engage with cross-functional engineering teams to discover opportunities and gather requirements. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in designing/architecting complex, high-performance architectures such as CPUs, GPUs, and/or ML accelerators through industry work or doctoral research.1+ years of experience with machine learning architectures, acceleration, and model optimization. Proficient in C++ programming and strong algorithmic problem-solving skills.
