Job Description
We are seeking passionate Machine Learning Engineers with a proven track record of developing product models from concept to execution. You thrive on analyzing data, cleaning datasets, generating innovative ideas, and constructing robust models. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of models in production and establish infrastructure for iterative enhancements. Monitoring for shifts in data distribution and adjusting models will be a critical part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will engage in system architecture, participate in design reviews, and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing targeting models for our Direct Mail Channel.
Creating risk models utilizing existing credit bureau data alongside Aven customer performance data.
Formulating pricing and product relevance models.
Automating back-office human processing of documents and various tasks through model development.
Contributing to strategic discussions where every team member's input is valued.
Becoming an expert in our product area to identify new opportunities through data and models.
