About the Revenue Engine Team
The Revenue Engine team focuses on understanding the core economics of the mobile ad tech marketplace, exploring demand elasticity and competitive dynamics. Comprising machine learning engineers, software developers, and data analysts, we formulate theories, validate them through experiments and analyses, and implement production systems that enhance performance for Liftoff and its clients.
Your Role as a Machine Learning Engineer:
- Develop statistical models and production systems to harmonize advertiser performance with business objectives.
- Optimize parameters, assess internal competition, and model dynamic environments.
- Design and conduct experiments to substantiate theories governing the mobile ad tech sector.
- Create applications focused on advertiser budget retention and growth, optimal margin distribution, and innovative bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers from diverse backgrounds and peers across the organization (e.g., Operations, GTM).
- Utilize strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to articulate statistical and machine learning concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Embrace an “engineering excellence” culture through cutting-edge tools, risk-based testing, explainable systems, and rigorous design/code reviews.
