Opportunity Overview
We are in search of a Machine Learning Engineer proficient in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning techniques to develop the next generation of trustworthy AI systems for healthcare. This role presents a unique opportunity to create foundational models trained on extensive clinical data and drive innovation in a field that truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, training, and deployment of large language and multimodal foundation models tailored for clinical and biomedical applications.
- Implement and enhance cutting-edge techniques including supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning methodologies (e.g., RLHF, RLVR), parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), prompt tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation.
