DFM / DFA / Manufacturing:- Understanding mold operations: opening directions, injection points, parting lines, and risks of underfilling/air pockets.- Optimize designs for scalability and cost reduction (minimizing components, reducing welds, and injection cycle times).- Experience collaborating with factories in Ukraine or China, knowledge of mold lifecycle, involvement in post T1/T2 modifications.- Basic understanding of metal processing technologies: bending, stamping, laser cutting, and milling for internal frames and auxiliary elements. Testing and Prototyping:- Manual inspection and assembly of prototypes, analysis of critical components.- Identify and resolve issues related to sealing, play, and fitting.- Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Material Science and Standards:- Knowledge of properties of ABS, PC, PC+ABS, PA+GF, TPE, TPU: shrinkage, impact strength, thermal resistance, elasticity.- Understand how material behavior changes during production and use (temperature, humidity, UV exposure).- Ability to balance cost/quality/technology in material selection. Functional Elements:- Design and implement mechanical systems that meet functional and performance standards.
