About the job
- As a Maintenance Engineer specializing in Metrology and Defect Density Engineering, you will collaborate with your team to ensure optimal production availability while executing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- This role involves identifying and resolving issues in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, either independently or in cooperation with external service providers when necessary.
- You will independently execute qualifications as per established protocols and operate essential metrology equipment.
- Your focus will be on maintaining high machine availability (Uptime) and ensuring equipment stability through the application of methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- You will prepare maintenance instructions and corresponding checklists in consultation with your team and maintain detailed documentation of your work within our maintenance applications.
- Additionally, you will actively participate in ongoing improvement processes and contribute to the commissioning of new equipment.
This position operates within a fully continuous 6:4 shift model, where you will work for 6 consecutive days followed by 4 days off.
