Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or a similar role. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance strategies and reliability-centered maintenance. Experience with non-destructive testing methodologies and predictive maintenance technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industrial equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Position Overview - Maintenance Engineer, PCB (Starlink)

The Equipment Reliability Engineer plays a crucial role in identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could disrupt factory operations. As production scales, your primary objective will be to maximize asset and system uptime by executing strategies to mitigate production losses, erratic asset behavior, and excessive maintenance costs. Additionally, you will serve as the engineering lead during the design, construction, and installation phases of new and modified assets, providing technical guidance to maintenance teams and production staff to prevent and address operational challenges with critical equipment.
